If your business does not have a GSTIN, you can still go ahead and complete the request process without the GSTIN. Instead, you will need to upload identity documents to authenticate your request, and you will receive a notification once your documents have been verified. After this, you will be able to view your CIBIL Rank and CCR.
Log in to your dashboard and click on the “Refresh” button to view your refreshed reports. Your CIBIL Rank and Company Credit Report can be refreshed every 7 days during the validity of the subscription.
