CIBIL Company Credit Information Report (CCR) consists of Company Details Eg: Address, Contact etc., Account Information and Enquiries. If any information on your CCR is inaccurate or needs to be updated, we shall be pleased to assist you in rectifying / updating your report.
Dispute request can be raised based on Company Credit Information Report (CCR) purchased by the commercial entities from CIBIL or CCR pulled by the Credit Institution. You can also raise a dispute for Ownership of an Account. The term Ownership of an Account means that a particular account in your company’s CCR does not belong to you or the entire report is inaccurate.
3. Duplicate Account
If the same account is reflecting more than once in your CCR, you can initiate a request for correction.

Commercial entities can raise disputes with CIBIL for data inaccuracies reflecting in their CCR. CIBIL does not charge commercial entities for this service.
