CIBIL Company Credit Information Report (CCIR) consists of Company Details Eg: Address etc., Account Information and Enquiries. If any information on your CIR is inaccurate or needs to be updated, you can send us an email or write to us. This is known as Company Dispute Resolution.

Dispute request can be raised based on Company Credit Information Report (CCIR) purchased by the consumer from CIBIL or CCIR pulled by the Credit Institution.

 

1 TYPES OF DISPUTES
1. Company / Account Details:
 
 

You can dispute various fields in your company’s CCIR. For example : Company Details like Company Name, Address, Company Phone number, Company PAN Number etc and Account Details like Credit Type, Asset Classification, Sanction Amount etc just to name a few.

 
2. Ownership
 
 

You can also raise a dispute for Ownership of an Account. The term Ownership of an Account means that a particular account in your company’s CCIR does not belong to you or the entire report is inaccurate.

 
 
3. Duplicate Account:
 
 

If the same account reflecting more than once in your CCIR, you can initiate a request for correction.

Report Order Number & DUNS No.
 
 
  • Report Order Number – Order Number assigned to the Company CIR by the CIBIL system.
     
  • DUNS Number – D-U-N-S® Number is a unique identification Number provided by CIBIL to every Borrower, at a particular location.
 
 
Action initiated by CIBIL
 
 

Based on the information submitted by you to initiate a dispute, we shall check with the relevant Credit Institution/s and notify you as appropriate in 30 days.
