To obtain your CCR, ensure you have the following documents:

CCR Request Form

Identity Proof (Authorised Signatory) – PAN / Passport / Voter’s id (Identity proof should be valid & not expired)

Company’s Address Proof – Bank Statement / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill (Address proof should be not more than 3 months old from the date of application and should be in companies name)

Duly Signed Letter from Authorized Signatory (Mandatory)
Two options are available for making the payment to CIBIL. Please read the following instructions carefully.

Online Payment: 1. Complete the CCR Request Form (On-Line Payment) 2. Payment - Pay र 2560/- via Credit Card (Preferred)/ Debit / Cash Card / Net Banking 3. Get Registration ID - On payment, you will receive a unique CIBIL registration id and transaction id in your CCR Request Form (On-Line Payment) 4. CCR Request Form (Online Payment) along with CIBIL registration id and transaction id will be emailed to you on the email address provided by you 5. Print and mail documents - Print the CCR Request Form (On-Line Payment) and mail it along with your Identity and Address proofs to our below mentioned address
Demand Draft:1. Purchase a Demand Draft (DD) for र 2560/- in favour of Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited payable at Mumbai 2. Download the CCR Request Form 3. Submit the duly completed CCR Request Form along with Demand Draft, Identity and Address proofs to our below mentioned address Click here to fill and print the CCR form Online
