1. TU CIBIL does provide certain of its services in an online/ electronic medium. This has been facilitated by TU CIBIL through its online Portal - TU CIBIL Connect. I am an employee of the Company and have been authorized by the Company to login to Portal as an authorized user of the Company. I shall comply with such guidelines, instructions or terms as TU CIBIL may prescribe from time to time with respect to use of the Portal, the password access rights and restrictions. My actions shall be binding on the Company as well.

2. I shall ensure and also take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized use and /or unauthorized or illegal access to the said Portal by any other person using access keys and rights so provided to me. I shall at all times ensure that the passwords so provided to me remain protected and are not compromised in any form and / or manner.

3. I shall ensure that the password(s) so created by me comply with and confirm to the TU CIBIL password policy that may be communicated to me and that may be amended from time to time. It shall be my responsibility to ensure the due compliance of the TU CIBIL Password Policy.

4. I agree, declare, confirm and understand that the following actions are prohibited: unauthorized access, unauthorized uploading, unauthorized downloading, unauthorized changing/modifying, unauthorized circumventing, or unauthorized deleting information on the portal, unauthorized granting access to the portal, or otherwise misusing the Portal or resources. I also understand that attempting to engage in any of these unauthorized actions is also prohibited.

5. I will also be given a facility to create user-ids for other authorized officer/employee of my organization through TU CIBIL's "TUCIBIL Connect Nodal officer" portal. I unconditionally declare, undertake and confirm that I have been duly authorized by the Company to create such additional user ids as may be required from time to time. TU CIBIL shall be entitled at its sole discretion to accept or reject such applications for creation of new user ids. Similarly, I will be provided with access to view details pertaining to all user ids created by me and /or update the information (such email ID, contacts, GST codes, etc.). I shall remain responsible for all such changes / actions and the same shall bind the Company as well.

6. TU CIBIL shall in no way be held responsible or liable if I or my Company incurs any loss as a result of TU CIBIL carrying out my instructions pursuant to my access to the portal or with respect to use of my login id. I shall maintain secrecy of all information which is of confidential nature and shall ensure that the same is not disclosed to any person voluntarily, accidentally or by mistake. I agree and acknowledge that any loss, damage, liability caused or suffered by me or my Company due to disclosure of all information of confidential nature or through unauthorized use shall be borne by me / my Company. I and my Company shall fully indemnify and hold harmless TU CIBIL and its Affiliates in respect of any claims, damages, losses suffered by TU CIBIL for any unauthorized use or access to the portal and/or disclosure of information to a third party.
