Your GST Report is based on your business’ GST returns filed on the GST Portal by an authorized representative from your company.

Your business GSTIN and a GSTIN-based authentication are mandatory to avail your GST Report. Once the authentication is successful, you will be able to view your GST Report in addition to your CIBIL Rank and Company Credit Report (CCR) on the dashboard. You will also be able to download a copy of your GST Report.

No. While you can access your CIBIL Rank and CCR without the GSTIN-based verification, you will not be able to access your GST Report. Use the following steps to complete the process and access your CIBIL Rank and CCR:
1. Complete the payment for your chosen plan.
2. Upload your KYC documents. You can do this either by following the instructions on the screen or by clicking on the KYC upload link received on your registered email address.
3. Once your KYC documents are successfully uploaded and scrutinized, you will receive an OTP to access your Company Credit Report and CIBIL Rank through your dashboard.
Note: A GSTIN-based verification allows you to access your GST Report as well, enabling you to go paperless and access your CIBIL Rank and CCR faster.
No. Providing GSTIN is not mandatory during the sign-up process. However, it is still advisable to provide your business’ GSTIN number so that your request can be authenticated faster. GSTIN-based authentication is quick, seamless, and paperless, enabling you to access your business reports in real-time without uploading KYC documents.
If your business does not have a GSTIN, you can still go ahead and complete the request process without the GSTIN. Instead, you will need to upload KYC documents to authenticate your request, and you will receive a notification once your documents have been verified. After this, you will be able to view your CIBIL Rank and CCR.
Log in to your dashboard and click on the “Refresh” button to view your refreshed reports. Your CIBIL Rank and Company Credit Report can be refreshed every 7 days during the validity of the subscription. You can refresh your GST Report once every month for the duration of the subscription plan. Please note that you will need to complete the GSTIN-based authentication every time you refresh your GST Report.
