I. Manager/Sr. Manager- Commercial IT
 
   ROLE & REQUIREMENTS
Position : Manager/Sr. Manager- Commercial IT
Reporting To : Dy VP - IT
   Role Responsibilities:
  • Technical Owner of the Commercial Bureau Application at the Production & DR site
  • Should be able to lead a technical team and meet SLA`s of Uptime and performance as defined by business
  • Should be able to interact with Member Banks, discuss technical issues and find solutions
  • Should be able to discuss requirements, define and monitor SLA`s with Technical Partners and vendors
  • Oracle database Administration Trouble shooting and housekeeping activities of Oracle and related database platforms, managing & maintaining daily checklist
  • Defining and implementing IT policies and processes for database management and software development activities
  • Coordinating software development activities and managing version control and changes in software applications & database schema changes
  • Value Analysis-Identifying reasons and guiding information to the internal team in order to improve sales target
  • Identifying the problems and providing solutions
  • Should be able to work on other technologies relevant with the Commercial Bureau application
  • Coordinate with IT vendors, Technical Partners & also internal customers
   Qualification Required:
BE / BTech / MCA / BSc (Computer Science)
   Experience Required:
8-10 years
   Skills / Competencies Required:
  • Should have experience in database administration activities and tuning database performance (Oracle/SQL Server), Database Cluster Management
  • Working knowledge of PL SQL
  • Exposure to any of the front end development tools (VB/PB/Asp .Net/PHP)
  • Knowledge of Unix Administration and Red Hat Linux is also essential
  • Willingness to work on other database platforms (Ms Access, SQL Server, My SQL)
  • Website administration IIS, Apache, Tomcat
  • Knowledge on Windows Server [2003/2008] technology is essential, additional knowledge of Active Directory/DNS
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think innovatively and proactively
  • Commercial bent of mind

II. Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - Data Quality
 
   ROLE & REQUIREMENTS
Position : Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - Data Quality
Reporting To : Senior VP – Marketing & Data Quality
   Role Responsibilities:
  • Utilize data profiling of the various data sources to uncover and determine root causes of data quality issues
  • Collaborate directly with the business data owners and members to establish quality business rules that will provide the foundation of the organization’s data quality improvement plan.
  • Establish a data quality methodology documenting a repeatable set of processes for determining, investigating and resolving data quality issues, establishing an on-going process for maintaining quality data and defining data quality audit procedures.
  • Analyze a range of information noting patterns and trends. Present the results in an appropriate format.
  • To identify, compile, analyze, assess and present all relevant information, to draw clear and sustainable conclusions as regards to the accuracy, consistency and integrity of the data
   Qualification Required:
Engineering Graduate/BE/B Tech
   Experience Required:
3 – 6 yrs experience in a similar job function in a companywide quality initiative
   Skills / Competencies Required:
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of advance programming – SQL/SAS
  • Familiarity with Perl, AWK, sed, or other text manipulation tools
  • Experience with high-performance databases and ETL tools, processes, and designs
  • Must have strong analytical abilities and background
  • Should possess good planning and organizing skills and must have an eye for detail
  • Proficient using Microsoft Access, Power Point and Excel/Word including automation and VBA scripting.
  • Customer focused with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage relationships effectively and work effectively as part of a team
  • Self-motivated – the ability to work unsupervised

III. Executive/Sr. Executive-MIS
 
   ROLE & REQUIREMENTS
Position : Executive/Sr. Executive-MIS
Reporting To : Senior Manager- Sales Analytics and MIS
   Role Responsibilities:
  • Making of monthly MIS reports for distribution to the top management
  • Tracking customer product usage on a monthly and annual basis and creating periodic reports for these
  • Preparing various MIS reports required for tracking sales performance, incentives computation, aging etc. on monthly basis.
  • Managing and updating CRM for all sales/ product requirement
  • Preparing presentation for customer meetings based on standard templates
  • Collating mailing lists for distribution of various material
   Qualification Required:
Graduate preferably in Maths/ Statistics
   Experience Required:
  • Min. 2 yrs. Experience in related area
  • Experience in working with Business Intelligence is a must
  • Experience in BFSI space will be preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL querying is a must
   Skills / Competencies Required:
  • Eye for detail and strong analytical mind
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PPT and Access.
