   Role Responsibilities:
  • Should be able to analyse, design and develop software based on business requirements

  • Work closely with vendors & CIBIL operations team to monitor and improve quality of services offered to B2C consumers
  • Provide inputs to operations team in order improve end to end procedures that can enhance overall team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Drive Quality related initiatives with the vendors and CIBIL operations team to improve Quality of services offered to B2C consumers

   Role Responsibilities:
  • Liaison with key decision makers - Business Heads, Risk Head, Product Managers etc. in banks and financial institutions to identify new opportunities and grow existing business
  • Deliver revenue and volume targets across members and across products
  • Ensure high quality delivery of service and timely resolution of all member issues
  • In depth analysis and making presentations to Top Management for driving revenue and delivering value

   Qualification Required:

   Role Responsibilities:
Preparation of MIS as per requirements :

  • Conceptualize trends etc that can be presented to members to support sales pitch for both consumer and commercial bureau
  • Data mining, analysis and preparation of industry and member specific dashboard, story board and presentation.
  • Responsible for analysis of large sets of data to create and deliver Industry insights and member level trends to support sales team.
  • Responsible for timely delivery and resolution of member queries with respect to these industry reports
  • Responsible for creation of monthly and annual budgets and forecasts, and tracking of KAM performance against budgets
  • Enhancement of existing MIS to capture latest trends
  • Create summary reports for output delivered to members.
  • Responsible to provide inputs to Analytics team of Product development for specific member/ data requirements to improve product offering and TATs
   Qualification Required:
B.E/B.Tech or any graduate with relevant experience in banking domain
   Experience Required:
• Min. 4 yrs. Experience in related area
• Experience in working with Business Intelligence and OLAP tools is a must

   Role Responsibilities:
  • Will be required to create and maintain a database for efficient analytics on bureau data. Will be required to create processes to upload data from operational systems, and create a data infrastructure that is continually refreshed and made available for analysis
  • Will be responsible for data mining by leveraging tools like MS-SQL and other database query engines to be able to analyse and understand patterns in CIBIL data set
  • Will be responsible for creation of reports based on CIBIL data. Will be required to identify key data points for creation of the reports, cull out trends and storyboard to create industry trends reports
  • Responsible for supporting new product development activities through data analysis and feasibility studies
  • Will be required to automate and streamline MIS, Analytics and report generation process for the company. Will be required to continually enhance and create MIS to capture latest trends and new product launches
  • Will be required to understand and analyse industry trends in the credit space like delinquencies, disbursements etc. and should be able to communicate the same to internal and external customers
  • Analyse product performance, conceptualize trends etc. that can be presented to members to support sales pitch for all the repositories and products at CIBIL
   Qualification Required:
MCA/ MTech/ Graduate in Engineering from a leading institute like IIT/ Top RECs
   Experience Required:
Prior experience as Business /System Analyst or Data analyst will be preferred
   Skills / Competencies Required:
  • Role requires understanding of data warehousing concepts
  • Proficiency in ETL and data analysis with base SAS, any of database query engines (MySQL, MS-SQL,Oracle,Informix)
  • Ability to create automation scripts with any scripting language (perl, python, VB Script, shell scripting)
  • Awareness of Business systems/ Applications in Banking/Finance or other extensive data based services or Products

   Role Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating Purchase Requisitions and deciding method of procurement (incl. e-purchases and reverse auctions wherever better)
  • Agree on exact item specifications, purchase quantity, time lines, delivery requirements and service requirements (for maintenance, extension and upgrades) requirements
  • Identify best possible vendors; who are best suited to participate in terms of both quality and cost effectiveness
  • Evaluate various vendors from time to time for fresh addition / continuity / termination
  • Invite, evaluate, negotiate offers as per Company policies (incl. ethics policy)
  • Work on RFQs and Tenders, along with the requisitioning function, for all combined purchases exceeding Rs 20 lacs.
  • Ensure proper signing up of NDAs before any confidential information is shared for discussions / negotiations
  • Agree various commercial, taxation (incl. TDS, withholding tax, service tax, VAT, ….) and legal terms with relevant internal people before execution of any PO / contract / agreement
  • Evaluate and review various standard PO / contract / agreement terms from time to time; to keep up to date with current laws, rules and policies
  • Take care of import, export and FEMA requirements relating to contracts involving foreign parties and payments
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external requirements relating to procurement processes and internal controls
  • Support and answer Statutory and Internal Audit requirements
  • Review and update (from time to time) all important Company documents (including commercial letters, vendor & service provider agreements, procurement procedures, and those filed)
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by CFO
   Qualification Required:
Post-Graduation in Commerce or Science; Management Qualification with specialization in Procurement will be an added advantage
   Experience Required:
Minimum 15 years related experience with a reputed medium / large Organization in IT, Banking & Finance, Insurance Sector; with good experience relating to IT items & services procurement
   Skills / Competencies Required:
  • Ability to interact with senior people and understand procurement requirements clearly and then to be able to quickly identify best possible sources for procuring
  • Good working knowledge of Indian Laws (those relating to contractual terms and various taxes)
  • Excellent negotiation / convincing skills
  • Strong belief in ethics and ability to stand up to pressures
  • Eye for detail and a commercial bent of mind
  • Ability to vigorously follow up with vendors and ensure timelines & other terms
  • Be able to balance quality, cost and time in a way that best suits for the Company
